Maxwell Butler

Director of Operations

Originally from Frederick, MD, Maxwell began his journey in the summer of 2022, initially planning to pursue Computer Engineering and Cybersecurity at the University of Miami. However, he chose to forgo that path to embrace this opportunity.

Now serving as the Director of Operations, Maxwell is dedicated to fostering personal and professional growth in others, ensuring they have the same chance to succeed that he received. In his free time, he enjoys listening to music, taking walks, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Luis Campos Cruz

Corporate Trainer

Originally from Paoli, PA, Luis began his career in landscaping before discovering this opportunity in early July 2024. In just a short time, he has mastered high-level sales and earned the opportunity to spearhead a new market launch in Omaha, NE.

Outside of work, Luis enjoys hitting the basketball court, listening to music, and playing poker. His goals include providing for his family, giving back to his parents, and achieving a well-deserved promotion in the early months of 2025.
